Resilience Webinar

Please join our world class team of public entity lawyers for a weekly one hour webinar series to address up-to-the-minute changes in the law and legal requirements in all aspects of construction and related activities during the ongoing  COVID-19 pandemic. As we approach the fall, a return to school, and as cities and counties re-open there are pitfalls that public entities must avoid.

For over 30 years, AALRR has been a state leader representing public entities, especially school and community college districts, cities, counties and related public entities in construction litigation, advising, consulting and all aspects of public facilities, construction, real estate, and business matters throughout the state. With 30 plus lawyers in our 200 lawyer firm devoted to servicing this area, we have the expertise and resources to handle any size litigation matter and related issues.

Our firm provides full construction-related services from preparing and negotiating contract documents, bidding, and construction administration, to handling claims and litigation. Details regarding our firm’s scope of services and representation related to public works projects include contract and bid documents, CEQA, construction administration and litigation, and more.
