Overview
AALRR routinely works with clients to draft and develop policies and procedures for operations in compliance with the various statutes governing the laws and regulations related to procurement, construction, property sales and leases, application of municipal zoning ordinances, and prevailing wage, among other things. We have also represented public institutions in administrative hearings and superior court on matters related to the interpretation and application of the California Public Contract Code and other statutes.
