Producing high-quality and effective proposals and other written communications. The candidate will have significant experience planning, developing, and completing responses to, RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.
5+ year experienced litigation associate with expertise defending wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions, as well as general commercial litigation.
3-7 year associate with labor and employment experience.
4+ years of marketing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
