Overview

We prepare and review compensation packages for corporations and other entities that are equitable to both the executive and the organization. We regularly assist clients with developing and adopting employment agreements, deferred compensation arrangements, stock option plans, phantom stock plans, and other types of equity incentive compensation arrangements. We also review and advise clients on various employee benefit plans including Section 125 cafeteria plans and health and welfare benefit plans.
