Join us to discuss California’s new paid sick leave law, which takes effect on July 1, 2015 and requires employers to provide employees with at least three days of paid sick leave each year.

Even if your organization is among the estimated 60 percent of employers who already provide sick leave to employees, your organization may still need to take action to meet the minimum compliance standards of the new law. 

We will provide a detailed analysis of the paid sick leave law and provide answers to some of the more difficult questions regarding implementation and compliance.  

This briefing will offer practical practice tips to handle this new employee benefit.
