Morning General Session – “Using Your Seat at the Table: How Talent Management Can Drive Business Results”
Mark Allen, Ph.D. is an award-winning educator, speaker, consultant, and author who specializes in talent management and human resources. He is a faculty member and Academic Director of the Master of Science in Human Resources program at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. Dr. Allen is also the author of Aha Moments in Talent Management, The Next Generation of Corporate Universities, and The Corporate University Handbook.
Afternoon General Session – “Economic Forecast: Trends, Risks, and Opportunities Ahead”
James Doti, Ph.D. founded Chapman University’s A. Gary Anderson Center for Economic Research and served as president of the university for over 25 years. Dr. Doti’s economic op-eds are frequently published in the Orange County Register, and he is a regular columnist for the Orange County Business Journal.
