The Band Is Back Together! Over 100 Years Experience: More Reflections On Successful Bargaining From The Female Negotiator Perspective

Join us again for a dynamic and free-flowing discussion on reflections from a highly-experienced group of labor negotiation experts dedicated to the pursuit of better Labor Relations. Drawing on over 100  years of labor experience collectively, our panelists will share anecdotes, best practices and identify  key skills they have relied upon to help navigate to agreement and improve relationships.  We will provide the audience with tangible strategies that all negotiators, regardless of gender identity, can bring to the table in order to reach compromise, even in the most challenging environments where relationships are fragile or fractured.   This year, we will reserve ample time to take audience questions and provide the group’s perspective on YOUR challenges.
