07.26.2022
Program: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Location: At Your Desk

Virtual Training Course Information

The Title IX regulations, which became effective on August 14, 2020, have the full force and effect of law, and they significantly impact the way in which school districts must respond to verbal or written reports of sexual harassment and sexual assault.

The purpose of the interactive training is to explain the Title IX regulations and the actual procedures for processing a Title IX complaint from the intake stage through to a discipline
recommendation, if any.

This training qualifies for 3 hours of training for the members of your Title IX team, as recommended by the federal Office for Civil Rights.

Join us as we discuss what districts should know and what to do to comply with the regulations.

Who Should Attend?

Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Coordinators, Investigators, Decision-Makers, Appeal Decision-Makers, and Informal Resolution Facilitators
