Six Cerritos Attorneys Awarded 2012 'Super Lawyers’ Designation

Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to announce that six partners from the firm's Cerritos office have been included on the list of 2012 Super Lawyers issued by the Super Lawyers national rating service.

The six partners named as Super Lawyers are Steven D. Atkinson of the firm's employment practice and a firm founder who is widely known as one of the top employment lawyers in the nation; Helen R. Frazer of the firm's bankruptcy practice; Nate Kowalski, a litigator with the firm’s employment practice; Irma Rodriguez Moisa, an employment law practice litigator and trial attorney; Mark T. Palin, a business and commercial litigation attorney who also handles class action defense; and Robert R. Roginson, whose practice areas include class action defense, employment law, and litigation.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations. Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a rigorous, multiphase rating process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis.
