AALRR Welcomes Of Counsel Cristina Guido to the Firm

Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to welcome Cristina Guido as Of Counsel in the Firm’s Marin office, and as a member of the Private Labor and Employment Practice Group. Ms. Guido is a seasoned litigator who has more than a decade of experience providing practical, results-oriented counsel to businesses facing high-stakes disputes and operational challenges, with matters involving complex commercial, employment, and financial services.

Ms. Guido has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings, with an emphasis on representing national banks in matters involving wire fraud, consumer financial products, regulatory compliance, and allegations of deceptive business practices. She advises clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and regulatory issues, while managing all phases of complex litigation, from early case evaluation through resolution. Ms. Guido’s practice also includes defending domestic and international employers against multimillion-dollar employment claims, as well as advising clients through sensitive workplace and regulatory matters. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Guido has counseled domestic and international wineries and wine brands throughout Napa County and Sonoma County on a broad range of operational, corporate, real estate, land use, and regulatory matters.
