Cristina is a seasoned litigator and strategic business advisor who represents clients in complex commercial, employment, and financial services matters. With more than a decade of legal experience, she provides practical, results-oriented counsel to businesses facing high-stakes disputes and operational challenges.

Ms. Guido has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings, with an emphasis on representing national banks in matters involving wire fraud, consumer financial products, regulatory compliance, and allegations of deceptive business practices. She advises clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and regulatory issues, while managing all phases of complex litigation, from early case evaluation through resolution.

Ms. Guido’s practice also includes defending domestic and international employers against multimillion-dollar employment claims, as well as advising clients through sensitive workplace and regulatory matters.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Guido has counseled domestic and international wineries and wine brands throughout Napa County and Sonoma County on a broad range of operational, corporate, real estate, land use, and regulatory matters.

Representative Matters

  • Successfully defended Napa winery in a confidential, private arbitration to determine the fair market value of a 40-year ground lease.
  • Second chair in appeal before the Napa County Board of Supervisors that resulted in successfully defending a winery against a challenge to its use permit modification brought by a non-profit water conservation organization.
  • Third chair at confidential, private arbitration that resulted in complete defense of a Silicon Valley executive against a $27 million breach of contract claim.
  • Member of a trial team that successfully defended a domestic manufacturing client against a breach of contract claim for $24 million in federal court.
