ABC looks forward to working with this year’s National Diversity Excellence Awards winners and its Diversity Resource Groups to continue to lead the industry forward in unlocking the full potential of every individual who chooses a career in construction.”
The ABC National Diversity Excellence Awards recognizes members that display exemplary diversity leadership in their workforce, supply chain and community with best-in-class recruitment policies, retention practices, and training and mentoring programs. AALRR won in the Associate category.
“We prioritize diversity at AALRR because we’ve seen firsthand how it benefits not just our firm’s culture but also our clients,” commented Managing Partner Mark Palin. “Inclusivity creates more open lines for communication, understanding, and innovative solutions. As employment and labor relations law specialists, we hope the success with our diversity initiatives inspires other law firms to create more inclusive cultures.”
