Brian Wheeler and Shawn Ogle Named as 2020 Super Lawyers Rising Stars

Brian Wheeler, a partner in the Cerritos office, leads the firm’s Intellectual Property and Data Security & Privacy team. His practice focuses on intellectual property, data security and privacy, and high-stakes complex commercial litigation. He also regularly advises clients in the area of competition and employee mobility, with an emphasis on the intersection between intellectual property and employment law. This is the fourth year he has appeared on the Southern California Rising Stars list.

Shawn Ogle, a partner at the firm’s Irvine office, has been named to the Southern California Rising Stars list for the fifth consecutive year. Mr. Ogle is a seasoned litigator in the firm’s Commercial and Complex Litigation Practice Group with a proven history in a broad range of commercial, fiduciary, and high-profile trust & estate matters.  Mr. Ogle prides himself on his commitment to providing his clients with dedicated service from the initial stage of client counseling and case analysis through trial and the appellate process.
