The HR Leadership Academy offers a unique training experience for California community college human resource professionals.  Designed to build on your existing skills and take your knowledge to the next level, this comprehensive program offers practical, hands-on, real world case studies and experience.  Each learning module is designed to enhance your critical thinking skills, refine your judgment and decision making abilities and foster creativity and confidence to help you tackle the challenges of today and tomorrow.  Participants will learn perspective, leadership and how to become an effective CHRO in California’s community colleges. A subcommittee of ACHRO/EEO,  comprised of your respected colleagues, developed the curriculum for this program.  The program offers 43 hours of training, with all course content presented by experienced, notable CHRO’s and attorneys.
