Pregnancy in the Workplace: Fulfilling Your Legal Obligations Across the Three Trimesters of Pregnancy
This training is for School Districts, County Offices of Education & SELPAS in Central Coast Counties only.
Pregnancy disability leave laws have changed. This session will comprehensively discuss the district’s obligations during each trimester of an employee’s pregnancy. Participants will learn key legal protections and workplace rights for pregnant employees, pregnancy disability & child bonding leave laws, best practices for managing employee leave requests, and rules regarding breastfeeding and lactation accommodations.
*Completion of this session will make the participant eligible to purchase AALRR’s Pregnancy Toolkit which includes practical resources, checklists, template forms, and other pregnancy-related guidance.
