Overview
Sarah Daniels represents Southern California school districts and educational institutions in a variety of general education and labor and employment matters. Her areas of expertise include leaves of absence, reasonable accommodation of employee disabilities, employee discipline, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and labor relations.
Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Daniels worked at an entertainment law firm, representing clients in labor and employment matters. While in law school at the University of California, Los Angeles, Ms. Daniels was a member of the Women’s Law Journal, working as an Editor and as the Alumni Relations and Event Coordinator.
