Community College CEO/CBO Team Workshop
Responding vs Reacting
This will workshop will provide a “hands-on”, practical experience that will assist CEOs and CBOs with legal and operational issues in system budgeting, problem-solving, forecasting, planning, collective bargaining, and local bonding prepared.
Due to the unique challenges facing community colleges, the average CEO term is just over three years. We have designed this workshop to assist with the development of skills and information to be successful. Further, to build a communication stream and partnership with the CBO.
Who Should Attend: CEO/CBO teams from community college districts.
Cohort Workshop Limits: The cohort will be 12 team participants. Space is limited.
