Led by our team of experienced attorneys, the conference will address key issues facing human resources management and operational professionals who work with unions on a regular basis, including an update on arbitration agreements; solid and defensible company handbooks. update on the NLRB, and the advantages/disadvantages of the unionized workforce. 

Participants will hear the latest labor-related developments, learn to identify and address risky labor practices, and receive useful tips, tools, and strategies to reduce your organization’s exposure to labor-related litigation.
