Are the New Title IX Regulations Here to Stay?

The final Title IX regulations, published in May 2020, became effective August 14, 2020, which means all Title IX policies and complaint procedures must be updated to reflect the new regulations. They significantly impact the way in which districts must respond to Title IX complaints of sexual harassment and sexual assault.  With the issuance of Executive Presidential Orders on March 8 calling for an OCR review, will the new Title IX Regulations stay in place?  How do districts effectively follow and implement state and federal sexual harassment laws? You don’t want to miss this session with experienced attorneys and investigators Eve Fichtner and Ashlee Reece.
