11th Annual ALAS Education Summit~Transformative Leadership: Preparing Students for the 21st Century

The ALAS Conference is from October 15th - October 17th in Atlanta, GA at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel.

On October 17th, join partners, Salvador O. Holguin, Jr. and Gabriel Sandoval as they participate in the ALAS Conference and deliver a presentation on "The Road Towards your First or New Administrator Employment Contract: Common Factors to Consider when Negotiating and Accepting an Administrative Employment Offer."

This conference is a collaborative, inclusive, nationwide community initiative involving educators and organizations at all levels. It is designed to significantly increase opportunities for building education-related connections around the country. Additionally, this conference seeks to present ideas, examples and projects related to connecting educational leaders with a strong emphasis on inspiring action towards solving real-world problems involving Latino students.

Through this event, attendees will challenge themselves and others to become more active in finding solutions that will improve the educational success of Latino students. Participants are encouraged to learn, question, create and engage in meaningful, authentic dialogue with representatives of federal agencies, national organizations, state governments and technology vendors, as well as with each other.
