Overview

Samantha Fidel represents California public school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in all aspects of labor and employment and general education law. Ms. Fidel provides advice and counsel on a variety of matters including discrimination, harassment, employment policies and procedures, employee performance and evaluation, Public Records Act requests, Title IX, and workplace investigations.

Ms. Fidel joined the Firm as a Law Clerk. While in law school, she interned for the University of San Diego’s Children’s Advocacy Institute and the Chula Vista City Attorney’s Office. Additionally, Ms. Fidel was an editor for the San Diego International Law Journal, and a member of the La Raza Law Student Association and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

Prior to law school, Ms. Fidel spent two years in a Litigation Fellowship at a civil law firm in Los Angeles.
