Overview

Omar Peña represents public entity clients in various aspects of labor and employment law handling matters that involve employment policies and procedures, collective bargaining, litigation, investigations, leaves of absence, discrimination, harassment, employee discipline, wrongful termination, retaliation, compliance with state and federal labor laws, and wage and hour.

Concurrently, Mr. Peña serves as a reserve military officer with the California Army National Guard where he is attached to the 40th Infantry Division’s Office of the Staff Judge Advocate. While in law school, Mr. Peña interned for the San Diego City Attorney’s Office and the San Diego District Attorney’s Office.
