Overview

S. Nicole Tucker handles a wide array of education and employment law matters for public school districts. Ms. Tucker handles both classified and certificated labor negotiations for Districts, as well as provides general counsel on labor and employment matters. Ms. Tucker also has extensive experience conducting investigations for K-12 districts into a wide array of complaints, including Title IX, uniform complaints, and complaints against employees. Ms. Tucker also provides legal advice in responding to and litigating California Public Records Act Requests.

Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Tucker worked in litigation representing K-12 and community college districts throughout California in various matters including employment discrimination, sexual abuse and molestation claims, and special education disputes.

Ms. Tucker is a FRISK certified trainer and a dynamic presenter who has given presentations across California on a variety of topics, including K-12 and community college redistricting, as well as K-12 response to extreme weather.
