Overview

Denise Lee represents California school districts and county offices of education in special education law and student disability matters. Ms. Lee focuses her practice on disability accommodation, student discipline, due process, Section 504 complaints, CDE compliance complaints, and discrimination claims.

Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Lee represented major HMO and commercial clients in state and federal actions and arbitrations relating to health law, consumer privacy, employment, and contract disputes.

While attending law school, Ms. Lee interned with Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Office of the County Counsel for Alameda County.
