Romances Make Some Corporations Nervous

Romance in the workplace is nothing new, but how companies are handling it is changing.  What used to be forbidden and never talked about openly, is now being addressed up front by some organizations with formal agreements between the employees and employer, and company policies to mitigate potential risks to the organization.
