EEOC Can't Breach Statute of Limitations

As the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Washington looks at pattern and practice suits and claims, they cannot overlook the law's requirement for timeliness.  Recently, a New Jersey federal district court judge dismissed two claims filed by the EEOC because they extended beyond the 300-day statute of limitations for ADA violations.
