Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo is pleased to announce that it has been named to Chambers USA for its construction law practice for the fourth consecutive year.

Each Year, Chambers and Partners, a U.K. legal publisher, publishes a list of the top law firms and attorneys across the United States. Rankings are determined through thousands of in-depth interviews with randomly selected attorneys, clients, and businesses, plus other analysis, to provide an objective assessment of each firm’s strengths and standing in a local market.

AALRR is one of 15 construction law firms in California to make the coveted list. The firm was recognized for its significant achievements in construction litigation, claims, and consulting services.

Citing client feedback, Chambers sources state, “This is a very tenacious and knowledgeable group of individuals, and that makes it a highly effective team.” In addition, Irvine partners, Mary Salamone and Michael Baker, were specifically named as “Leaders in their Fields.” Ms. Salamone was recognized for her credentials in representing large general contractors in both California and Nevada. Mr. Baker was recognized for his credentials representing public agencies, and specifically, his recent work relating to a delay and disruption claim involving the construction of a redevelopment project on a 13-acre "brownfield" parcel.

"We are very pleased to have two attorneys honored in this manner. It's our continued commitment to providing value to our clients that resonates the most," remarked Thomas Kovacich, Chair of the Construction Law practice.
