AALRR Adds Education Lawyer Jennifer Fain to Pleasanton Office

Jennifer Fain has joined Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo’s (AALRR) education practice as a partner and will work in the firm’s Pleasanton office. Fain’s practice focuses on representing education agencies in the areas of special education and anti-discrimination.

“Jennifer’s targeted experience will complement the broad range of legal services we offer our clients. Her practice focus is vital to educational agencies and her nationwide experience will be an asset to our clients,” says Partner Chesley Quaide, who also serves as Chair of the firm’s Northern California Public Sector Practice Group.

Fain’s experience includes the successful representation of school agencies at every stage of the litigation process including mediation sessions, administrative hearings, and federal court proceedings. She is also skilled in counseling clients on proactive approaches that can avoid costly disputes including reviewing current practices, policies and procedures for systemic issues and legal compliance.

Prior to joining AALRR, Fain was a partner at The Weatherly Law Firm where she represented education agencies across the nation. She received her J.D. from the University of Georgia.
