AALRR Welcomes Partner Wes Miliband

Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo is pleased to announce its newest partner hire, Wes Miliband, to its Sacramento and San Diego offices. Wes has been practicing law since 2005 and brings vast knowledge of water and environmental law to the firm’s Northern California team. He has prevailed for clients in numerous litigation and regulatory enforcement and permitting matters involving water rights, water quality, and natural habitat. Wes also provides transactional services in those areas and water infrastructure and finance. Wes has represented diverse clients throughout his practice, including as lead counsel to municipalities, special districts, and private sector clients for water-related litigation and advisory services, as well as general counsel to water districts and as pro bono counsel to a southern California wetlands conservancy.

Outside of his legal practice, Wes enjoys spending time with his family and in the great outdoors, ranging from scuba diving in the ocean, to flyfishing and whitewater rafting on rivers, and camping in the mountains.
