AALRR Once Again Ranks Among Construction Executive Magazine’s Top 50 U.S. Construction Law Firms

08.14.2026

Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to announce that it has once again been recognized by Construction Executive (CE) magazine as a Top 50 U.S. Construction Law Firm for 2026. Ranking 32nd on the list, AALRR has continued to secure its place again among the top 50 most influential construction law practices across the nation.

Now in its 24th year of publication, Construction Executive is the leading trade magazine about the business of construction. In its July/August 2026 issue, CE published a comprehensive ranking of The Top 50 Construction Law Firms featuring breakouts and analysis accompanied by an article in which leading law experts discuss their construction clients’ most pressing business concerns. To determine the ranking, CE asked hundreds of US law firms with a construction practice to complete a survey. Data collected included: 1) 2025 revenues from the firm’s construction practice; 2) number of attorneys in the firm’s construction practice; 3) percentage of firm’s total revenues derived from its construction practice; 4) number of states in which the firm is licensed to practice; 5) year in which the construction practice was established; and 6) the number of AEC clients served during fiscal year 2025. The ranking was determined by an algorithm that weighted these factors in descending order of importance.

For over 45 years, AALRR has represented clients in all aspects of construction, including private construction matters of all varieties, public and private facilities, real estate, and business matters throughout California. We are involved in, and hold leadership positions in, many construction-related organizations. AALRR provides full construction-related services for its clients, ranging from preparing and negotiating contract and bid documents, CEQA advice and litigation, construction administration, claims, and litigation.

“We are proud to once again be recognized by Construction Executive as one of the nation’s Top 50 Construction Law Firms,” commented Anthony Niccoli, AALRR’s partner leading its private construction practice. “This acknowledgement reflects our team’s deep industry experience and commitment to delivering excellent value for our clients.
