AALRR Earns #2 Spot for Equity Partner Diversity in Law360’s Diversity Snapshot

07.26.2022

Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to announce that we are once again in the No. 2 spot on Law360’s 2022 list of Top Law Firms for Diverse Equity Partners, as compared to similarly sized law firms with 101-250 attorneys. AALRR earned this spot by having a representation of nearly 29% minority equity partners in Law360’s annual Diversity Snapshot survey, which is compiled from responses submitted to the publication from law firms nationwide.

With 29% minority representation among our equity partners, we are demonstrating more than double the diversity in equity partnership than a typical law firm where the percentage of minority equity partners remains under 11%, according to Law360.

Managing Partner Jim Baca remarked on our encouraging results and continuing work in this area, “AALRR is committed to continuing to increase representation at all levels of the firm. We place a high priority on recruiting, supporting, and promoting our minority attorneys, and we are a stronger firm because of it.”
