Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to announce that Jennifer S. Grock has joined our Private Labor and Employment Practice Group as a Partner. She is based in our Cerritos office.

Ms. Grock comes to us from Jackson Lewis P.C. where she served as Of Counsel for more than 2 years. She earned her J.D. at the UCLA School of Law, and her Bachelor’s degree at UC Berkeley.

Ms. Grock handles labor and employment matters for AALRR’s private entity clients. She focuses her practice on advising and counseling employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, as well as conducting workplace investigations and trainings. She is dedicated to client service and believes in taking a proactive approach that emphasizes each client’s unique goals and risk tolerance.

Ms. Grock’s experience includes representing employers in single plaintiff and class action employment disputes. She has defended employers in actions involving harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims, and has litigated matters in state and federal courts. Ms. Grock develops preventative and collaborative strategies when advising clients on employment-related issues, and she closely follows legislative and legal developments in order to ensure her clients receive informed, timely, and tailored advice.
