Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo Once Again in Top 2 in Law360’s Diversity in the Top Ranks

Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to announce that we are once again in the top two among firms of 101-250 attorneys with the highest representation of minorities in their equity partnerships based on the annual Diversity Snapshot survey by Law360.

With 32.4% minority representation among our equity partners, we are demonstrating much greater diversity in equity partnership than a typical law firm where the percentage of minority equity partners remains under 10%, according to Law360.

Managing Mark Palin remarked on our great results and continuing work in this area, “Diversity, equity and inclusion is deeply engrained in the fabric of our firm. We place a high priority on recruiting, supporting, and promoting our minority attorneys and we are a stronger firm because of it. Diversity is a priority at AALRR, and the result is not only a workplace of inclusion, but fulfillment of a key goal for our clients: to provide the highest level of service and innovative legal thinking.”
