This year, SCPMA-HR will celebrate, honor, and explore the concept and practice of HR Lagniappe!  Lagniappe is a tradition in New Orleans of giving a little something extra to customers.  HR Lagniappe is providing excellent service with a lil’ something extra within our organizations.

This year’s conference will focus on ways you develop and stay current with HR best practices, learning from industry leaders that practice Lagniappe in their work, and how to expand your own HR Lagniappe. We have an inspirational, insightful, and informative Keynote Speaker; breakout sessions that take it to the next level;  a Bourbon Street style HR jam session; HR Legal Update,  and Lagniappe Libations at our Happy Hour.
