Regional Chamber of Commerce ~ "Managing the Power of Millennials".

AALRR has partnered with the Regional Chamber of Commerce - San Gabriel Valley to strengthen business by providing monthly Human Resources Seminars. Keep up to date on new legislation, case law and the hottest legal trends affecting businesses today.  HR Seminars usually take place the second Thursday of every month and are conducted by AALRR attorneys Amber Solano & Andres Hurwitz.

The topic for the September Seminar is "Managing the Power of Millennials".  Millennials have developed work characteristics and tendencies that sometimes challenge employers accustomed to recruiting and managing Baby Boomers and GenXers.  This session will provide useful tips for attracting qualified Millennials and keeping them engaged and productive in your workplace. 

The seminars will be presented by the legal firm of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo.
