Regional Chamber of Commerce ~ "Change Your HR Tool Kit: Hiring Essentials".

AALRR has partnered with the Regional Chamber of Commerce - San Gabriel Valley to strengthen business by providing monthly Human Resources Seminars. Keep up to date on new legislation, case law and the hottest legal trends affecting businesses today.  HR Seminars usually take place the second Thursday of every month and are conducted by AALRR attorneys Amber Solano & Andres Hurwitz.

The topic for the September Seminar is "When Discipline & Disability Intersect". Hiring the right candidates is essential to developing a successful organization.  A wrong decision can result in the loss of time and money, while the right choice can contribute to organizational growth and have a positive impact on the work environment.  How to avoid the multiple potential legal pitfalls throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
