This comprehensive and invaluable presentation was developed for veterans and novices to the due process hearing. Attendees will be guided through the IDEA due process procedures step by step from filings all the way through appeals. Attendees will attain insight into special education due process procedures covering topics such as testifying as a witness, filing against parents, and evidence production.

This lively and interactive presentation will provide attendees with a wealth of knowledge to support the efficient and expeditious resolution of disputes.
