Trauma-Informed Interviews and Investigation Techniques
This training is for School Districts, County Offices of Education & SELPAS in Central Coast Counties only.
This interactive training equips site administrators and HR personnel and Title IX investigators with the essential tools and techniques required to conduct legally compliant, trauma-informed investigations. This session will provide a general overview of general investigation requirements and best practices, trauma-informed questioning techniques, weighing and documenting evidence using objective credibility indicators, and other strategies. Participants will gain the knowledge and tools needed to conduct investigations that are thorough, fair, and defensible.
