An effective Improvement Plan is akin to giving a substandard performing employee a roadmap to future success.  Thus, it is important to not only know how to write an effective Improvement Plan, but how to deliver it to the employee in a meaningful way.  Learn about the elements of a good Improvement Plan (whether for classified or certificated employees), the format, techniques for delivery in a manner that will best influence change in the employee, and the keys to successful follow-up and monitoring.
