Attending IEP meetings are the most common things we do but can also be the most challenging. It often requires in the moment analysis and responses to questions and concerns while juggling relationships, law, and practicality. In this webinar, we will address the common challenges that arise during the IEP meetings and provide you with practical tools to add to your IEP tool belt in troubleshooting these situations and complex dynamics. We will address common IEP obstacles such as coaching rogue general education teacher, members proposing goals without proper baselines, parents requesting multiple goals be added, escalating behaviors and unhappy team members, unexpected unilateral placement notices/requests, transportation requests, specific reading intervention program, etc.
