We Gotta Keep ‘Em Included
The current legal wave is carrying educational programming toward inclusion. The least restrictive environment has always been an IDEA requirement, and the push is more than just mainstreaming but developing ways to keep students with disabilities included with their general education peers to the maximum extent possible. This webinar will review what the legal definition and application of the LRE, follow the evolving LRE/inclusion case law, and discuss what does (or can) inclusion like look across various levels of student needs and FAPE.
