In today’s high-stakes environment, HR professionals are increasingly expected to lead an organization through moments of crisis—while balancing legal exposure, employee trust, public scrutiny, and internal morale. Building on last year’s widely attended session, this presentation offers a behind-the-scenes look at how an actual workplace crisis was navigated by a public agency—using an anonymized case study based on the presenters’ recent work with a Northern California public agency.
