Advanced FRISK Training
This training is for School Districts, County Offices of Education & SELPAS in Central Coast Counties only.
The FRISK® method is a documentation and communication model used by supervisors, managers, and administrators to address below-standard performance or conduct by employees. This session will not only review the key elements of a FRISK® communication, but will provide hands-on practice to attendees, who will have the opportunity to analyze scenarios in table groups, practice writing FRISK® documents, and share out feedback. Whether or not you have previously taken a FRISK® course, join us and bring along anyone who serves in a supervisory role.
