Making the transition from supervisor to leader can often be overwhelming.  This presentation will review some of the essential responsibilities and traits of leadership, such as team building, delegation, coaching, setting expectations, and accountability, as well as focus on tips and strategies for repairing relationships of trust, and keys to infusing the practice of civility in the workplace.
