Conducting and preparing an effective evaluation is essential, particularly if you want to influence an employee to improve their performance.  In this session, we will explore common problems with evaluations, procedural requirements for conducting observations and preparing documentation, as well as tips for planning and holding collaborative evaluation conferences. We will also discuss the elements, format, and techniques for designing and delivering effective improvement plans that will provide your substandard employees with a roadmap to future success.
