The FRISK® methodology was designed to help supervisors effectively create legally sufficient documents for the purpose of addressing employee substandard performance issues and misconduct. Developed by AALRR partner, Steven J. Andelson, the training program and accompanying manual provide supervisors with critical feedback components and concrete steps for handling employee deficiencies.
This workshop will review the FRISK® Model using examples, hypotheticals and scenarios to emphasize and clarify the components and major documentation techniques. Emphasis will be placed on using documentation as a positive and constructive, rather than destructive, means of improving employee performance.
Attendees will participate in drafting sample documents which will be reviewed based on the FRISK® Model.
