The FRISK® methodology was designed to help supervisors effectively create legally sufficient documents for the purpose of addressing employee substandard performance issues and misconduct. Developed by AALRR partner, Steven J. Andelson, the training program and accompanying manual provide supervisors with critical feedback components and concrete steps for handling employee deficiencies.  The 1/19/21 presentation will be designed for K-12 Districts and County Offices of Education.
