This session will help administrators apply the leaves provisions of state and federal law. It will cover the Education Code, the Family Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act, the California Pregnancy Disability Leave Act, Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act of 2014 (AB 1522), New Paid Child Bonding (AB 2393) and other state laws.
