California’s New Sexual Harassment Training Law and the Mechanics of Workplace Investigations

By passing SB 1343, California has expanded an employers’ obligations to provide sexual harassment training. Now, employers with 5 or more employees must provide harassment training, including many small law firms that previously had no training requirement. This program will provide the details of these new requirements and methods for complying with them.  You also will learn what legal duties exist when a sexual harassment complaint is made and get a  a start-to-finish overview of properly investigating sexual harassment claims in the workplace.
