Session Eleven – Fair Labor Standards Act: Balancing Exempt vs. Non-Exempt Status. This session will assist public and private sector employers to properly classify employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This session will discuss the tests that determine whether an employee is exempt, as well as recent case law in this area.
